Meet Kim West, Phd MDiv
For more than twenty-five years, I have helped women uncover the internal obstacles that quietly limit their lives.
I hold a PhD, a Master of Divinity, and decades of experience as a trauma specialist, counselor, author, and spiritual mentor.
But credentials are not what distinguish my work.
My calling is helping women see what God has never stopped seeing. Within minutes, I can often articulate the internal pattern a woman has been living with for years but has never fully named.
Again and again, women tell me,

I am not here to rescue you.
I am here to rebuild you and your life.

Is this counseling or coaching?
Yes and yes and even more. Over the years I have developed an integrated process of counseling, coaching, educating, mentoring and spiritual formation. I'll bring all of it to our time together.
Is this in person or online?
We can do either. You are welcome to come to Phoenix and we can meet in your hotel suite for our two days together. It is more focused and has less interruptions but we can also meet online for our two days. I've done both with the same incredible results.
How should I prepare?
You will have preparation and assessments to do so that when we meet we are working rather than discovering. You will have up to two weeks before our intensive for this work. I will be available during this time for any questions that come up.
Is this confidential?
Yes, in two ways. As a counselor, everything we talk about is covered by confidentiality. I am also an ordained minister so we have the "priest/penitent" covering as well. I cannot be compelled to release any information about you.
What happens in the following 30 days?
This is a bespoke program designed around your needs. At the end of our two day intensive we will have created a plan for you to integrate the work we accomplished into daily life. We will work together to ensure this plan is accomplished through weekly online meetings and addressing any issues that arise.
